By creating an account or using EkCommerce, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
EkCommerce provides software that lets you build and operate an online store. You are responsible for the content, products, and orders within your store.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to operate a business under the laws that apply to you. EkCommerce is software you use to run your own store — we do not verify your eligibility to sell any particular product or operate in any particular market.
You may not use EkCommerce to sell illegal goods, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate stores that violate these terms or applicable law.
EkCommerce offers free and paid plans. Paid plan fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Feature and usage limits apply per plan.
Transactions between you and your buyers (including cash-on-delivery and any payment gateways you connect) are your responsibility. EkCommerce provides the software but is not a party to the sale.
You retain ownership of your store content. EkCommerce retains all rights to the platform, software, and brand.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, EkCommerce is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
